🚫 Cancellation Policy

At Paul Street, we understand that plans can change. Here’s everything you need to know about order cancellations.

1️⃣ Cancellation Before Shipment

✔️ You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
✔️ To request a cancellation, email support@paulstreet.co.in or WhatsApp us at +91-8431685926 with your Order ID.
✔️ If the order is not shipped yet, a full refund will be processed.

2️⃣ Cancellation After Shipment

🚚 If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
📦 You may opt for a return after delivery (as per our Return & Exchange Policy).

3️⃣ Prepaid vs COD Orders

💳 Prepaid Orders: If eligible for cancellation, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7 working days.
💰 COD Orders: COD cancellations must be requested within 24 hours. If refused at delivery, future COD orders may be restricted.

4️⃣ Order Modification

🔄 Changes to an existing order (size, color, address) are allowed only before dispatch. Contact us ASAP for modifications.

5️⃣ Exceptions

❌ We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following cases:

• Fraudulent transactions or invalid details.
• Unavailability of stock.
• Payment issues in prepaid orders.
