Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the buyer is possible only before the order has been dispatched. Cancellation requests cannot be accepted after the order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include - limitations on stock availability for purchase, errors in product or pricing information, problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance team or if there is any issues identified with the quality of the product.
We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled by us after the payment is made, the order amount will be reversed to the same source of payment.
Any type of voucher used in the orders which are cancelled by us shall be returned and made available to the buyer.
