🕒 Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

✔️ You can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
✔️ Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
✔️ Exchange is allowed only once per order.
✔️ Returns will be processed only after quality inspection of the returned product.

🚚 Free Reverse Pickup: We offer a free return pickup service (attempted twice).
📩 Self-Shipping Returns: If you self-ship, we will reimburse ₹100 for shipping costs.

💰 Refund Policy

✔️ Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7 working days after return approval.
✔️ COD Orders: Customers must share bank details or UPI ID via email for refunds.
🚫 Important: COD charges and forward shipping fees are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchange Policy

✔️ Exchange is applicable only once per order.
✔️ If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
✔️ Once the replacement is delivered, no further exchange requests will be accepted.
