Return & Exchange Policy
๐ Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
โ๏ธ You can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
โ๏ธ The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
โ๏ธ Items eligible for exchange can only be exchanged once per order.
โ๏ธ Refunds and exchanges will be processed only after quality inspection of the returned product.
๐ฆ Return & Pickup Process
๐ Reverse Pickup Service:
- We offer a free return pickup service.
- The pickup will be attempted twice by our logistics partner.
- If the pickup fails both times, the buyer must self-ship the item to our address.
๐ฉ Self-Shipping Returns:
- If you return the product via courier, we will reimburse โน100 for shipping costs.
- Please mention your Order ID and Registered Contact Number on the package.

๐ฐ Refund Policy
โ๏ธ Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 working days after return approval.
โ๏ธ COD Orders: Customers must share bank details or UPI ID via email to support@paulstreet.co.in along with their Order ID.
๐ซ Important: COD charges and forward shipping fees are non-refundable.
๐ Exchange Policy
โ๏ธ Exchange is applicable only once per order.
โ๏ธ Once the replacement is delivered, no further exchange requests will be accepted.
โ๏ธ If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
โ ๏ธ Important Notes
- Returns will not be accepted if the product is damaged, worn, or without original tags & packaging.
- Unboxing video is required to claim refunds for damaged or incorrect items.
