Return & Exchange Policy

🕒 Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

✔️ You can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
✔️ The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
✔️ Items eligible for exchange can only be exchanged once per order.
✔️ Refunds and exchanges will be processed only after quality inspection of the returned product.


📦 Return & Pickup Process

🚚 Reverse Pickup Service:

  • We offer a free return pickup service.
  • The pickup will be attempted twice by our logistics partner.
  • If the pickup fails both times, the buyer must self-ship the item to our address.

📩 Self-Shipping Returns:

  • If you return the product via courier, we will reimburse ₹100 for shipping costs.
  • Please mention your Order ID and Registered Contact Number on the package.

💰 Refund Policy

✔️ Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 working days after return approval.
✔️ COD Orders: Customers must share bank details or UPI ID via email to support@paulstreet.co.in along with their Order ID.
🚫 Important: COD charges and forward shipping fees are non-refundable.


🔄 Exchange Policy

✔️ Exchange is applicable only once per order.
✔️ Once the replacement is delivered, no further exchange requests will be accepted.
✔️ If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Returns will not be accepted if the product is damaged, worn, or without original tags & packaging.
  • Unboxing video is required to claim refunds for damaged or incorrect items.
