Return & Exchange Policy
- We offer 7 days returns and exchange from the date of delivery. All the return reverse pick-up services are at no additional cost.
- Return pick-up will be attempted twice. If the logistics company is unable to pick-up the return in the two attempts, buyer will have to self-ship the order to the company address.
- In case of self-shipping of the return, we will reimburse additional Rs. 100 to the buyer for the logistics cost borne by them. Please mention the Order ID and Registered Contact on the shipment for us to map the order and process hassle-free refund

- Please return the order items in the same condition as it was shipped. Failing to do so might result in non-issuance of the refund
- Refund processing usually takes a maximum of 7 after we receive the return and QC is passed
- In case of prepaid order, refund will be issued to the same source of payment
- In case of COD orders, bank details or UPI need to be shared via email to support@paulstreet.co.in along with Order ID. Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the Paul Street
- COD Charges are Non-Refundable
- Please note forward shipping charges are Non-Refundable
- Once the product is exchanged and is delivered, no further requests of exchange will be accepted. Exchange is only applicable once per order
