  1. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
  • The order once placed will be dispatched within 2-3 working days from our warehouse. The order will be delivered within 4-5 working days to all the metros and Tier-1 cities and within 4-7 days for Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities, while for some pin codes it might take a little more time. In case of delay, please write to us at support@paulstreet.co.in
  1. HOW WOULD I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS PLACED?
  • You will get a confirmation mail of the placed order and will further notify you once it is dispatched from the warehouse. If you have received an SMS or EMAIL of order delivered status and if it's not delivered to you, please email or contact us at support@paulstreet.co.in or +91-8431685926 within 24 hours.
  1. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT DOES NOT GET DELIVERED ON TIME?
  • In case the order does not get delivered within 7-10 working days, you can write to us at support@paulstreet.co.in. We will do our best to get it delivered to you at the earliest.
  1. WILL MY AREA BE SERVICED BY YOUR LOGISTICS PROVIDER?
  1. DO WE SHIP OUTSIDE INDIA?
  • Currently, we do not deliver outside India. However, orders can be placed from anywhere in the world with shipping address within India.
  1. HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?                           
  • To make a cancellation, please contact customer support at +91-8431685926 or drop us a mail at support@paulstreet.co.in. Note – Order cannot be cancelled if it is dispatched.
  1. HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
  • We aim to provide complete customer satisfaction. However, in case you're not pleased with our product/service you can return or exchange the order. Returns and exchanges can be done by filling up the form - Place Return Request
  • You need to pack the product back in its original packing (with tags) and seal it. Hand the packet over to our courier person, and as soon as we have it back in our warehouse, we shall refund the amount to your source account if it’s a pre-paid order and in bank for COD order after it passes the QC
  • In case of Exchange, the exchange product will be dispatched once the product is picked from your premises. For any additional queries related to Return or Exchange, please drop us a mail at support@paulstreet.co.in
  1. WHAT HAPPENS TO THE ORDERS IF PRODUCTS ARE RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION?
  • We aim to deliver the best quality of products, however in case you receive a damaged product, please place a return for the product. Once the return request is placed, we will pick the product and refund the entire amount. We request you to email us a picture of the damaged product on support@paulstreet.co.in along with the order details for easier and faster processing of the refund. Please note – In case you fail to intimate us, return QC might fail.
  1. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DIFFERENT ITEM FROM THE ONE THAT I HAVE ORDERED?
  • We strive our best to deliver the correct products, however in such cases – please raise a return request. We will validate and replace the order.
  1. WITHIN HOW MANY DAYS OF PURCHASE CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
  • You can only make your return within 7 days of receiving it. No return or exchange requests will be accepted post 7 days of Delivery.
  1. HOW DO I DETERMINE THE CORRECT SIZE FOR ME?
  • While placing your order you will find an option for the SIZE CHART on the product page which will give you the detailed information on sizes and fit, Click on that and you’ll get to know what’s your perfect size.
