  • COD handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier partner.
  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact details.
  • Paul Street shall not be responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, natural disasters, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We offer a 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy subject to eligibility.

To qualify:

  • Products must be unused and unwashed.
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.
